To turn a website URL into an Android APK, you need more than a URL redirect. An Android package needs an application ID, an Activity, a manifest, a WebView screen, and a compiled, signed build.
URL2Apps workflow
Start by entering your HTTPS URL in the URL2Apps dashboard. Download the configured Android Studio project, open it in Android Studio, test it, then create a signed APK or AAB. Our website generates source projects; it does not currently compile APK or AAB files on the server.
Checklist before release
- Your site is mobile-friendly and reachable with HTTPS.
- You have permission to publish its content as an app.
- You test account access, web payments and deep links on a physical Android device.
- You provide correct privacy disclosures and comply with the target app store policies.
